I’ve been working in Ministry for over 13 years. I have a passion for mentoring youth and am dedicated to building diverse communities that teach emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and teamwork. The Roadhouse reflects that passion through its programs and awesome community. 

 

I have a B.S in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and over 17 years of professional experience working with multi-cultural youth and young adults of various ages. I focus on nurturing their current skills, improving their critical thinking, widening their sense of emotional intelligence, and building their confidence. Ideally, at The Roadhouse, I want every high school youth that walks through these doors to graduate with a better sense of self as they are ready to transition into adulthood.
